Our paint guarantee
When you have a major expense, like a house painting job, you want to be sure that someone will be there to pick up the ball if something goes wrong.
We at Construtech Renovations take great pride and care in creating long lasting paint jobs. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with a paint job we did for you, you will be able to call us and correct the problem.
THE FOLLOWING IS OUR WARRANTY POLICY:
Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of 36 months from the date on the front of your contract, Construtech Renovations will repair cracking, peeling, or chipping of paint resulting from faulty workmanship.
For this warranty to be effective, you must:
Keep a copy of the original contract.
Submit proof that all payments have been made in full upon completion.
Please contact Construtech Renovations by phone at 321-274-3202 so that we can arrange an inspection of your property, explain the nature and scope of covered repairs, and schedule the completion of any necessary work.
Make the property accessible for us to make repairs.
Construtech Renovations:
Perform all covered repairs at no cost to you.
Perform any covered repairs for surface preparation as outlined in the original contract.
Make any covered repairs to specific areas where cracking, peeling and/or chipping has occurred. An exact color match cannot be guaranteed as environmental conditions can affect paint color over time.
What the warranty does NOT cover:
Any job for which Construtech Renovations did not supply painting materials.
Any work not performed by Construtech Renovations or in which a non-employee of Construtech Renovations attempted to prepare the surface.
Detection or elimination of water intrusion.
Any peeling paint that is the result of moisture intrusion. Properly applied paint will peel, usually on bare wood, in areas where the substrate is exposed to a large amount of moisture.
Any bubbly paint.
Any horizontal surface or any surface that is the result of a structural design that allows moisture to collect. This includes, but is not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, and porches.
Wood surfaces varnished or with a natural finish.
We will not be held responsible for the exact match of existing colors or textures. We also cannot guarantee that the finish paint samples you have selected will exactly match the finish.
Conditions that are the result of a failure in the paint itself. Including but not limited to fading, chalking, flickering and lapping. We recommend lighter colors as they reflect more sunlight and generally extend the life of a paint film.
The appearance of mold, mildew or any other environmental condition.
The appearance of cracks due to earthquakes or ground movements.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY CONSTRUTECH RENOVATIONS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONSTRUTECH RENOVATIONS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER NAMED ON THE FRONT OF THE THANKS YOU EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
